Your data

You own everything you import and create in Rolo. You can export it or delete it at any time.

Acceptable use

Only import data you are entitled to use. Don’t use Rolo to send unsolicited bulk email or to harass anyone. Follow the anti-spam and privacy laws that apply to you, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR/PECR and CASL.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel from Settings, and access continues until the end of the paid period. If you cancel, your workspace moves to the Free plan; nothing is deleted.

Availability

We work hard to keep Rolo fast and available, but it is provided as-is. Keep copies of anything critical; exporting is always free.
